Applebee's is appealing a $750,000 jury verdict awarded to a Derry man who said he suffered food poisoning after eating at the Concord restaurant in 2014. The plaintiff said salmonella took over his body. He was on the toilet dozens of times a day, he said. He suffered kidney failure, liver shutdown and a septic infection.
