A disabled veteran and his family filed a lawsuit in federal court Friday, stating they were harassed for having a service dog at a zoo.

Jonathan and Jacqueline Hinker of North Cape May filed a seven-count lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Camden Friday against Cape May County, the Cape May County's Sheriff's Department, and other defendants, alleging they were harassed for having a properly identified service dog while at the Cape May Zoo, run by the county.
